How long will it take to make my tag?

Any tags ordered before our order cut off time will be made and posted on the same day as you order them.

If you place your order before 8am, it will be delivered on Saturday, 2nd November.

What material are your tags made from?

All our tags are made from anodised aluminium and are approximately two millimetres thick – more than twice as thick as many of the cheaper tags available on the internet and at local pet shops. This means they have a more solid feel to them and are less likely to bend, or be sharp agaisnt your pet's skin.

Do I have to have my pet's name on the tag?

No, you can enter any name you like on the front of your tag, and any text on the back of your tag.

We do not charge extra for engraving both sides of your tag, and there are no hidden extras. The prices you see includes engraving, packing and free delivery to anywhere in the UK.

Does my Dog have to have an identity tag by law?

Yes, The Control of Dogs Order 1992 states:

…every dog while in a highway or in a place of public resort shall wear a collar with the name and address of the owner inscribed on the collar or on a plate or badge attached to it.
